Last November The Duke & King were invited to play Levon Helm’s Midnight Ramble at his home/studio in Woodstock NY, where they wowed the sold-out audience with original songs from their acclaimed debut, Felice Bothers favorites, and their own riveting version of Neil Young’s ‘Helpless’. Later in the night, to Simone’s great honor and surprise, Levon and Larry Campbell asked him to join them in singing The Band’s classic hit ‘The Weight’ as an encore. Tonight Simone and Co. rejoin the two time Grammy Award winning legend at the historic Wellmont Theatre in New Jersey, where heads will roll!
